The training and coaching services presented on this site are contracted and invoiced by ABP Consulting (France). ABP Consulting has no company registered in Singapore at this stage and holds no Singapore Unique Entity Number (UEN).
This has concrete consequences for how services are contracted and invoiced and for the tax treatment that applies. Clients based in Singapore should note that invoices are issued from France. The precise tax treatment — Singapore Goods and Services Tax (GST), French VAT, any reverse-charge obligation on the client’s side — is to be confirmed with your own accountant.
