This policy explains what personal data ABP Consulting collects through this website, why, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights. It covers the enquiry form and emails sent to us from this site.
Who is responsible for your data

Which rules apply
- The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), because the controller is established in France.
- Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), for individuals in Singapore.
Where the rules differ, the more protective one is applied to everyone, including the right to erasure, which is handled to the GDPR standard wherever you are.
What we collect, and why

Only your name, email address, message and consent are required. No data is used for automated decision-making or profiling, sold, or used for advertising, and you are not added to any mailing list.
Who handles the data for us
Two service providers process the data on ABP Consulting’s behalf, only to run this website and deliver your enquiry:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) hosts this website and runs the code that receives the form;
- Resend, Inc. (United States) delivers your enquiry by email to ABP Consulting’s inbox.
Neither uses the data for its own purposes. Nobody else receives it.
Where the data goes
Your enquiry is sent to ABP Consulting in France and kept in its email inbox. On the way it passes through the providers above, which may process it in the United States. These transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, which both providers include in their data processing terms.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction, erasure, restriction of processing or portability, object to its processing, or withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawing does not affect replies already sent. Write to commercial@abp-consulting.com.
We reply within one month. An erasure request is carried out in every tool that holds the data, and we confirm it to you in writing.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) in Singapore, or the CNIL in France.
Security
The form is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only the people at ABP Consulting who handle enquiries have access to them.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies: no audience measurement, no advertising trackers, no embedded third-party content. Fonts are served from this domain. See the cookie policy.
