Consultative selling
Two days on selling by asking better questions rather than reciting better arguments. The programme works on discovery, on the real qualification of a deal, and on reading the person across the table.
Training & seminars
Every programme below is modular. Take a whole course, or take the modules that address what your managers are actually struggling with and we will assemble them into one programme.

Managing in Singapore often means leading five nationalities in one office, all fluent in English and each raised on different rules about disagreeing with a boss — plus the team in Jakarta you mostly see on screen.

Selling in Singapore means selling to buyers who are relationship-driven and rigorous at once: a family-owned distributor who wants to know you before a second meeting, a regional headquarters that scores three proposals side by side.
1 course
Understanding how you operate before trying to adjust how anyone else does, with DISC and the Enneagram.

Team coaching does not deliver content: it works on a team's real situation — cohesion, how people work together, a shared vision.

Sales
Two days on selling by asking better questions rather than reciting better arguments. The programme works on discovery, on the real qualification of a deal, and on reading the person across the table.

Interpersonal communication
Two days on two complementary instruments: DISC describes how someone behaves, Driving Forces describes what drives them underneath. Each participant receives an individual report and leaves with a relationship strategy for the people they find hardest to work with.

Seminars & team coaching
For a team that has stopped deciding, two departments passing responsibility back and forth, or a group rebuilt after a reorganisation. The work starts with a diagnosis, and it may conclude that the problem is not where everyone thought it was.

Interpersonal communication
Understand why you communicate the way you do before trying to change any of it. Two days: an Enneagram questionnaire to place how you operate, then concrete techniques for asking, refusing and criticising without attacking.

Management
The firm's core programme. Three days to stop settling everything case by case and to have tools that hold: set a frame, correct without humiliating, delegate for real, and adapt how you work to each person.

Management
When your best person gets a better offer from a competitor or a regional headquarters, the rise you can authorise does not compete. Two days to organise motivation differently: twelve concrete levers, mediating a conflict, and a team vision people take on as their own.

Management
Managing at a distance is not doing the same thing through a screen. One day to set clear rules from the start, install rituals you genuinely keep, and learn to recognise and to correct without body language to lean on.

Management
A badly designed team board becomes a noticeboard nobody looks at after a month. One day to choose indicators that genuinely serve, a ritual you can hold, and rules that stop the tool turning into surveillance.

Management
The same piece of feedback produces useful reflection in one person and a month of withdrawal in another. One day to recognise the nine Enneagram bases in your team and adjust how you set a frame, delegate and motivate.

Management
In Singapore, change often arrives from a regional headquarters and has to land in a team that rarely objects out loud. Two days on Kotter's eight steps, applied to your own project, so buy-in is built before the rollout rather than discovered missing three weeks after it.

Interpersonal communication
The long format, with a third day some weeks later. Three days to place your profile, understand where your way of communicating comes from, and acquire concrete answers to aggression and manipulation.
